Terminals Sacramento Airport (SMF)

Sacramento Airport consists of a couple of passengers Terminals: Terminal A and Terminal B, which are home of 32 boarding gates.

Transfer between terminals

Passengers are able to transfer between terminals by the free airport shuttle bus.


- Terminal A: Outside the baggage claim area.

-Terminal B: Center island, east the Commercial Curb.

On the other hand, you can change terminals by foot through the third level of the parking garage. It won’t take you much more than 45 minutes.



Sacramento Airport Terminals A and B have the following features:

Terminal A

Terminal A at Sacramento Airport hosts boarding gates A1 to A5 and A10 to A17 located on the upper level.

It is served by the following carriers: Air Canada, American, United and Delta Airlines.

Terminal B

Terminal B at Sacramento Airport hosts boarding gates B4 to B12 and B14 to B23.

It consists of three different levels and an automated people mover to transport passengers to the International boarding area and arrivals.

It is served by the following airlines: Aeromexico, Alaska, Frontier, Hawaiian, Horizon, Jet Blue, Southwest and Volaris.
